I-map x....the development continues

The development team blog details the new work that is added to the i-map x software, so its worth following this. Future development that we have planned include, data integration with the MTE (mortgage trading exchange). This means i-mapx users can get data straight through to 27 lenders online decisioning systems, DIPs and Lender KFI's. We'll let you know as soon as its available.

Setting up your organisation within i-map x

I-map x will let you configure the software to your needs. Once you have registered, select the settings option which is in the top right of the screen. You can set up a network, firms within the network, departments within firms and of course, as many users as you require.

Our online user manuals are very useful in making sure you get the most out of i-map x. There is a lot of functionality available to you that can save you time and also help generate revenue.

Transferring data into i-map x

If you would like to use i-map x, but already have a large amount of historic data held in your current system, help is at hand. Invent Software Ltd are able to transfer data into any of our i-map systems including i-map x.

We have now successfully completed this process with many i-map customers, including those that have been using competitive broker CRM products and generic database/CRM systems such as ACT. Client information, mortgage data, insurance information, task management, recontact dates and case notes can all be carried across into the relevent fields within the i-map product that is most suitable to your needs.

Initially, I would encourage you to call us to discuss your requirements, as our experience to date is that everyone has different needs when it comes to transferring data. i-map x & 2009

Mortgage case workflow on i-map x

Any mortgage on i-map x can be progressed through a work flow. When first created a new mortgage is linked to a client as an enquiry. When this mortgage case is to be processed, you can move the status to a "live case". This is very helpful in differentiating between cases, particularly when running reports.









After which the case can be moved to the following stages:
