Transferring data into i-map x

We have now successfully completed this process with many i-map customers, including those that have been using competitive broker CRM products and generic database/CRM systems such as ACT. Mortgage case workflow on i-map x

Any mortgage on i-map x can be progressed through a work flow. When first created a new mortgage is linked to a client as an enquiry. When this mortgage case is to be processed, you can move the status to a "live case". This is very helpful in differentiating between cases, particularly when running reports.
